2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing.

A deposit may be required to secure your date.

Full payment must be completed before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations within a short notice period may attract a cancellation fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Ensure safe access to event venues.
• Obtain necessary permissions for filming and drone usage.
• Provide reliable internet where required (unless otherwise arranged).

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by Botxoft Studios remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use delivered content for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for glitch-free delivery, Botxoft Studios shall not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, third-party internet failures, or acts of nature.

6. Equipment & Studio Usage

Clients are responsible for any damages caused to equipment or studio property during their booking period.

8. Changes to Terms
